Christmas and coming into the New Year can be hard when you have lost a loved one. Remember, every time you think of them they are there with you. They want you to be happy and they are safe in heaven so they want you to be happy for them too.

My God
I ask you this Christmas for the gift of the Angel of Hope
to come into my life,
into the lives of those I love,
and into the lives of everyone in the world
in need of hope at this time.
